Szukamy osoby odpowiedzialnej za prowadzenie Biura Pracy na terenie firmy naszego klienta w Łodzi. Projekt trwa od końca listopada 2024 do końca ~kwietnia 2025/lipiec 2025. W związku z realizowanym projektem, wspieramy osoby tracące pracę w wyjściu na rynek i odnalezieniu nowej roli. Uczestnikami projektu będą pracownicy firmy produkcyjnej ze wszystkich jej obszarów: pracownicy liniowi, specjaliści, managerowie.

W tej roli będziesz:
• Kontaktować się z pracodawcami z regionu łódzkiego
(HR, rekrutacja, osoby decyzyjne w procesach rekrutacyjnych)
• Organizować stacjonarne Targi Pracy z wybranymi firmami dla uczestników programu
• Wspierać uczestników w bieżących działaniach na rynku: aplikowanie, zakładanie maila, szukanie interesujących ofert i firm
• Rekomendować CV uczestników programu na oferty pracy pozyskane z rynku
• Pozyskiwać oferty pracy i udostępniać je uczestnikom
• Organizować Warsztaty dla uczestników programu
• Odpowiadać za raportowanie projektu we współpracy z Opiekunem Klienta
Oczekujemy
• 1 – 2 lata doświadczenia w pracy z Klientami
• Gotowość do pracy stacjonarnej min. 3 dni w tygodniu w siedzibie Klienta
• Doświadczenie w prowadzeniu projektów:
   Angażowanie do projektu; Współpraca z różnymi Zespołami wewnątrz organizacji (Manager projektu, sprzedaż, finanse); Ewaluacja
• Umiejętność pracy w zmieniających się okolicznościach
• Elastyczne reagowanie na zmiany
• Zorientowanie na szukanie rozwiązań

LHH Consultant | Outplacement  

We are looking for a person responsible for managing the Job Office at our client's company - BEKO in Łódź. The  

project runs from the end of November 2024 to the end of ~April 2025/July 2025. As part of the project, we  

support individuals who are losing their jobs in transitioning to the job market and finding a new role. The  

participants of the project will be employees from a manufacturing company across all its areas: line workers,  

specialists, and managers.  

You will be:  




Contact employers in the Łódź region (HR, recruitment, decision-makers in recruitment processes)  

Organize on-site Job Fairs with selected companies for program participants  

Support participants in their ongoing job search activities: applying, setting up email accounts, searching  

for interesting job offers and companies  




Recommend participants' CVs for job offers obtained from the job market  

Acquire job offers and share them with participants  

Organize workshops for program participants  


Be responsible for project reporting in collaboration with the Client Manager  

Our expectations:  




1–2 years of experience in client-facing roles  

Willingness to work on-site at least 3 days a week at the Client's office, ul. Dąbrowskiego 216 in Łódź  

Experience in project management, including:  

o Engaging participants in the project  

o Collaboration with various internal teams (Project Manager, Sales, Finance)  

o Evaluation  

o Ability to work in changing circumstances  

o Flexible response to changes
