As a Brand Officer, you’ll play a key role in delivering creative and impactful marketing content that supports the recruitment efforts of the Australian Defence Force (ADF). Working across Navy, Army, Air Force, and Tri-Service portfolios, you’ll collaborate with Brand Leads and creative partners to ensure all campaign assets are high-quality, consistent, and aligned with strategic objectives. As a Brand Officer, you will support the development and delivery of creative assets and content across a variety of marketing campaigns and initiatives, working closely with Brand Leads across Navy, Army, Air Force, and Tri-Service portfolios. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented team player who can collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure all creative outputs are high-quality, brand-aligned, and strategically driven across paid, owned, and earned media channels.
You will:
- Collaborate with Brand Leads to develop and adapt creative assets for multi-channel campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and audience needs.
- Support tailored creative development for service-specific, category, and job-level initiatives.
- Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines, tone, and visual identity across all outputs.
- Manage creative briefs and coordinate with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality, on-brand content on time and within budget.
- Review and approve creative assets, ensuring compliance with brand standards and campaign objectives.
- Align creative with broader marketing strategies across digital, social, print, and experiential channels.
- Contribute to high-priority initiatives and support content integration opportunities.
- Maintain accurate project records, track progress, and escalate risks as needed.
- Assist with budget tracking and post-campaign reporting, including performance insights and key learnings.
- Perform additional duties as directed to support the success of the marketing function.

Your background will demonstrate:
- Experience of 2–6 years in marketing, branding, or creative support roles, with a strong understanding of brand management and campaign delivery.
- Confident developing and coordinating content across multiple formats and channels and ideally have experience working with creative or media agencies.
- Organised and detail-oriented, you thrive in fast-paced environments, managing multiple projects with ease.
- Excellent communication skills, creative mindset, and collaborative approach make you a valuable team player.
- Adaptable, proactive, and passionate about brand storytelling and delivering high-quality, impactful content.
