Dans la peau de notre Payroll & Service Officer, vous allez :

Gérer les contrats de A à Z, en assurant que chaque intérimaire soit payé correctement et à temps.
Répondre aux questions de nos clients et intérimaires sur les contrats, salaires, documents sociaux – en bref, vous êtes leur allié(e) administratif(ve) de confiance !
Organiser et superviser les contrôles médicaux, le suivi des accidents, et toute l'administration en lien avec la sécurité au travail.

Vous serez la référence pour vos collègues et les bureaux locaux Adecco sur tout ce qui touche à la législation sociale et la sécurité. En tant qu’agent polyvalent, vous veillez à chaque détail administratif pour garantir que tout soit en ordre !

Ce que nous recherchons :

  • A une vraie passion pour les ressources humaines, avec un goût pour les chiffres et l’analyse ;
  • Est organisé(e), efficace, et capable de gérer les urgences avec calme ;
  • Est prêt(e) à donner le meilleur de soi pour les collègues et clients ;
  • Dispose d’un bachelier en RH, en administration ou équivalent par expérience (paie, secrétariat social) – les jeunes talents motivés et prêts à plonger dans le droit social sont les bienvenus ! Une formation en droit social est prévue.
  • Est parfaitement francophone, à l’oral comme à l’écrit !
