Compliance Lead

We are looking for a Compliance Lead to join the Global Data Platform team. The vision of the Global Data Platform (GDP) is to be a trusted source for all the data inside and outside Adecco, and that means an enormous amount of sensitive and personal information from around the world that is subject to a wide variety of regulatory regimes. It’s critical that we know where such data is within the platform and have processes in place to control how it is classified and accessed. You will also create processes for deleting such data from the platform and work with the relevant HR and legal teams to enable that. You'll own the GDP data catalog which classifies all data available within the platform and manages how it is used to ensure the GDP are compliant and secure in all aspects.

• Develop and implement policies for the GDP
• Design and monitor control systems to deal with violations of legal rules and internal policies
• Regularly assess the efficiency of control systems and recommend effective improvements
• Refine how data is classified
• Reporting on all activities relating to compliance with key metrics
• Design, validate and implement a repository of standard reports and dashboards that facilitate the development, monitoring and evaluation of our platform
• Coordinate all compliance related activities
• Responsible for taking part in audits
• Reviewing and coordinating findings from audits
• Ensure all audit actions have a named owner, remediation plan and are delivered in line with agreed dates
• Monitor and manage all GDPR compliance including data deletion
• Work closely with Legal and Security teams

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a position with comparable complexity
• Minimum 3 years of experience within compliance with a proven strong understanding of a data platform and it’s challenges
• Experience of working in a Global environment
• Comfortable with ambiguity and frequent change
• Ability to work collaboratively across all areas within the team
• Able to work under pressure with a flexible approach
• Able to work on own initiative, prioritising tasks and managing time appropriately
• A university degree in a relevant subject is desirable
• Professional qualifications in Compliance can be helpful
