About the role

Accountable for the strategy and success of the offshore delivery model for all centers of excellence (COE) accounts. Responsible for account growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction for all COE accounts. Dedicated owner for assigned customer programs and responsible for overall order fulfillment that is provided from offshore and/or onshore vertical recruiters. Responsible for hiring, developing, and managing the team of Account Managers. Manage, develop, create, and execute on account and delivery strategies and solutions in partnership with offshore and vertical leadership colleagues.

What you’ll be doing

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Manage a team of Account Managers which includes ensuring key performance indicators (KPIs), expectations, and all deliverables are met to achieve expected account growth.

· Provide direction and establish priorities and objectives to meet customer needs.

· Facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) internally and externally.

· Accountable for financial achievement and meeting revenue and gross profit budget targets.

· Partner with customers on open job order requests, account updates, and resolves all requests.

· Liaison with offshore sourcing support to ensure customer demands are met, ensure strong order fulfillment, and provide job order prioritization.

· Provide oversight, training, and leadership to ensure delivery team success.

· Provide consultative support to delivery team to prioritize job requisitions and ensure appropriate resource coverage on all job orders and clarify job responsibilities, skills, and other requirements.

· Manage candidate submittals from delivery team to ensure the best qualified candidates are submitted for end-client review and placement.

· Manage end-to-end transactional recruiting process to ensure strong order fulfillment and candidate pipeline.

· Analyze data to ensure optimal, cost-effective, timely, and high-quality results.

· Establish, foster, and maintain positive working relationships with offshore colleagues, internal colleagues, and customers.

· Update and communicate account and customer changes to delivery team.

· Perform site visits to troubleshoot any issues with offshore initiatives and to provide feedback to the offshore team.

· Attend in-person customer meetings.

· Implement process improvement initiatives.

· Execute special projects and action plans.

· Performs other duties as assigned to enhance account performance.

About you

MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

· 5+ years of work experience.

· 5+ years of recruiting or staffing experience highly preferred.

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

· Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in-writing with various levels of colleagues and management, as well as in one-on-one and group settings.

· Ability to effectively manage reporting and data.

· Ability to effectively manage projects that may vary in nature and scope.

· Ability to identify complex problems and evaluate, develop, and implement improvements or recommend changes.

· Knowledge of and ability to understand the principles, practices, and standards of talent recruiting.

· Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and ability to work with VMS systems.
