Recruitment Consultant  - Hybrid Role – Croydon

2/3 days based in London Office -  Liverpool Street

Should be based within realistic commute to Liverpool Street, but live within close proximity to Croydon , as this is the geographical area that will be covered. Therefore a driving license and full access to a car is essential.

We are currently looking for a self-starter to join the Croydon Branch for Adecco as  a Recruitment Consultant specialising in the Industrial work force.

The role will be to build an Industrial Desk covering the Croydon area. This is an amazing location with a huge potential and an untapped target audience.

You will need to be driven,  passionate and highly motivated and in return your career path with Adecco will be highly rewarding.

We are open to experience/ background however,  demonstrable customer service / client exposure is preferred.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, the primary function of the Consultant is to ensure the individuals personal results contribute to the branch achieving and exceeding Adecco Retails strategy and KPI’s. Utilising the Adecco Recruitment Process, the Consultant is responsible for offering a consultative approach to both clients and candidates.

• Implementing personal business plans to achieve branch success.
• Creating, maintaining and expanding your client base within the SME space.
• Fully interviewing candidates to ensure you can take them to market and win the business.
• Following market trends and developments and translating these into market strategy and sales methods
• Conducting clients’ meetings and delivering business proposals to reflect the discussions

  • Strong communication, organisation and relationship building skills
  • Resilience, self-motivation and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
