Global IT Security Risk and Compliance Manager - Middle Office/Back Office

As Security Risk and Compliance Manager, you will focus on supporting the Head of IT Security, Risk and Compliance Global BO/MO with ensuring the Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability of the Adecco Group Information Assets within the scope of the Adecco workforce solutions. You're expected to define the pragmatic approaches for ensuring that appropriate security is embedded in all Information Technology services, processes and systems in the scope, contribute to their implementation and their continuous improvement. 

• Supporting the Head of IT Security, Risk and Compliance Global BO/MO with the implementation of the Group Information Security Strategy
• Supporting the Group Privacy Office by providing guidance and driving awareness in relation to the Data Privacy and Data Protection topics
• Communicating and evangelizing the Adecco IT Security Policy framework
• Coordinating security assessments (internal/external) and ensuring that remediation plans with well-identified owners are defined and implemented in line with agreed dates
• Ensuring that security is embedded in the projects lifecycle and that project teams deploy products /systems / applications in line with the IT Security Architecture Framework
• Ensuring security testing is carried out for important Assets and reported findings are followed up and timely addressed
• Assessing current levels of risks within the IT environment on an on-going basis. Ensuring all the identified security risks are managed through their life-cycle from identification to closure and provide appropriate visibility to the Management
• Makes sure the security assessment framework is followed and documented for all of the BCs in our project pipeline going through global architectural board review
• Provide support in security assessing BCs, supplier security clauses contract reviews and control self-assessment, especially where spikes in those activities occur. 

• Minimum 7 years ‘overall IT experience
• 3+ years of the experience in a similar role within a Global/International Organization
• Certifications: ITIL V3, CISSP, CISA, CISM or similar certification are preferred
• Education: Master’s degree in IT.
