PMO Strategic Intelligence & Data Lead

• As PMO Strategic Intelligence & Data Analysis Lead, lead a team of 2+ resources directly reporting, and indirectly influence and support the entire project delivery organization and senior IT leaders

• Lead, empower and inspire team members’ creativity, development and learning objectives, especially surrounding data literacy

• Trusted partner within IT and towards Brands and Functions by creating transparency and speaking with data on project delivery, status, risks, dependencies, portfolio roadmap, portfolio financials and resource allocation

• Build up a reporting landscape with a variety of dashboards to enable IT and The Adecco Group to see the full project-related picture and help them make data-based decisions

• Raise data literacy and awareness across the organization

• Create a communication and change management strategy to ramp up data & analytics usage across the organization: you believe in speaking with data and providing transparent reporting

• Own our PPM tool (Clarity), which is our Tech Portfolio unique source of truth

• Lead a multi-cultural team of PMO Analysts in their evolution into Business Intelligence specialists, with a strong Project and Portfolio Management knowledge, who are focused on data analysis and effective reporting to C-level

• Communicate efficiently and effectively towards C-level executives as well as to the project delivery organization

• Consolidate and report on program and project performance.

• Provide feedback to PMO, Portfolio Managers, Project and Program Managers and/or sponsors on the performance and identify and drive corrective actions

• Understand and master the Tech Portfolio, facilitate the gathering of data in our PPM tool (Clarity), ensure consistency across all initiatives and maintain the Tech Roadmap of prioritized and approved initiatives

• Design, own and optimize all Tech Portfolio reporting related to projects, programs, portfolios targeted to the entire organization (delivery organization, portfolio owners, business and functions) up to C-levels executives

• Develop and continuously improve new dashboards and reports that can be used to make the Tech Portfolio status and trends visible and propose actions

Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in PMO, Portfolio Management or Business Intelligence (BI) positions with comparable complexity (matrix, globalization, transformation) and reporting to senior management

Experience in Data Analysis, Reporting to C-level executives, Dashboard development, Data Mining and Process Mining Experience in Project Management in a multi-initiatives and multi-priority environment, with a focus and understanding of IT and Digital initiatives

Proven successful track record in building, developing and leading teams

Experience in driving change and pursuing targets beyond administrative activities

Communicating and contributing at C-level executive level

Proven experience in positively influencing key decision makers / stakeholders of a large multi-faceted enterprise organization, speaking with data

Strong knowledge of Clarity PPM tool, Microsoft PowerBI, Excel and the whole Office suite
