The Executive Client Advisor has a proven track record of strategic sales and is responsible for further improving the organization’s market position by acquiring large accounts and achieving assigned financial growth targets. Independently builds key relationships with customers, identifies business opportunities, negotiates and closes business deals and maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions. Primarily focuses on selling the PRS suite of services over a national geography. Responsible for generating new opportunities and expanding existing business through partnerships with The Adecco Group’s Ecosystem.
What you’ll be doing- Prospects for new clients and/or seeks to expand solutions opportunities with existing clients by networking, cold calling, advertising or utilizing other means of generating interest from potential clients.
- Partners with VP’s and Market Directors to identify new opportunities within local markets and promote enterprise sales.
- Identifies potential clients and decision makers within a client organization; researches and builds relationships.
- Develops persuasive approaches and sales pitches to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities; prepares and delivers highly effective sales presentations and develops proposals that address client needs, concerns and objectives.
- Participates in pricing solutions and negotiates and secures profitable pricing that yields achievement of financial goals.
- Leads the full cycle of the RFP/RFI process.
- Arranges and participates in client debriefs and satisfaction assessments.
- Attends industry functions and provides feedback and information on market trends and business projections; analyzes and reports on trends with a focus on developing new services, solutions and distribution channels.
- Forecasts and meets sales targets in line with organizational objectives and goals.
- Ensures client prerequisites, including prequalification or addition to vendor lists, are fulfilled within a timely manner.
- May indirectly coach, train or supervise employees, including fostering an environment that promotes personal and professional development.
- Lead contact for PR&S on the International (Global) Market.
- Participate in Global calls with other leaders regarding specific international sister companies.
- Create strategies on how to grow and develop business on a global scale in partnership with our ecosystem.
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION & JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in business, law, or a related field with a minimum of five (5) years of related business development experience is required. Recent history of All-Star level sales success. Combination of post-high school education and related professional work experience equivalent to twelve (8) years may be considered in lieu of a degree. Willingness and ability to travel required. Prior experience with National Accounts is highly desirable.

• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a results-driven, team-oriented environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $77,643 - $142,346. Compensation varies based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, experience, education, key skills, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the position is also eligible for incentive compensation based on achievements outlined in the compensation plan.
Benefit offerings for full-time employment include medical, dental, vision, term life and AD&D insurance, short-term and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans, and a 401k plan or a non-qualified deferred compensation plan. Available paid leave includes Personal Time Off (PTO) on an accrual basis up to 152 hours a year, 10 Paid Holidays, 1 Community Service Day, and up to 6 weeks of Paid Parental Leave. PTO and holiday hours are prorated based on hire date within the calendar year.
