About the role

The SVP, Global Recruitment Centres (GRCs) will be responsible for leading and scaling our global network of 
recruitment centres across The Adecco Group. This role will oversee existing GRCs and drive the performance, 
and expansion of these centres, ensuring they deliver consistent, high-quality recruitment services to our clients 
and internal stakeholders. 
As a senior leader, the SVP will be the face of the GRCs to country leadership and clients, championing 
operational excellence, culture, and engagement across all centres.
In addition to global oversight, the SVP may have direct leadership of a centre depending on future location 
strategy.

What you’ll be doing

Operational Leadership & Execution
• Lead the GRCs stand-up and structure through the maturity model, driving standardization, efficiency,
and scalability.
• Own the operational performance of all GRCs, ensuring delivery successful delivery metrics across all
GRCs.
• Implement and continuously improve operational processes, tools, and governance frameworks
across all centres.
• Act as the escalation point for delivery challenges, client concerns, and operational risks.
• Ensure each GRC is equipped with the right capabilities, capacity planning, and workforce
management to meet business needs.

Strategic Alignment
• Support the VP Transformation, GRCs and Group SVP, Head of GRCs in shaping and executing the global GRC strategy.
• Contribute to location strategy, expansion planning, and optimization of delivery footprint.
• Help define and communicate the GRC value proposition internally and externally.

People & Culture
• Lead and mentor GRC leaders across all locations, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Champion employee engagement, learning, and development across the GRC network.
• Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Engagement
• Act as the primary point of contact for country leadership and key clients regarding GRC operations.
• Present and pitch GRC performance to senior leadership across the company.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment and integration of GRCs with broader business
initiatives.

About you

• Proven experience leading large-scale recruitment or delivery centre operations with a strong 
execution track record.
• Deep understanding of recruitment delivery models, workforce planning, and operational metrics.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate strategy into operational plans and outcomes.
• Demonstrated success in managing site teams and driving performance improvements.
• Hands-on leadership style with the ability to engage at both strategic and operational levels.
• Experience in continuous improvement, Lean/Agile operations, and change management.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including executive-level reporting.
