Practice Director
SolicitarThe Practice Director for Pontoon Instinct owns and scales a defined advisory focus area within Pontoon’s consulting portfolio. This role is accountable for designing differentiated advisory offerings, shaping go‑to‑market strategy, and executing client engagements. Acting as a bridge between strategy, sales, and delivery, the Practice Director ensures Instinct offerings are data-powered, insight-led, and outcome-driven, enabling clients to optimize their workforce strategies and accelerate transformation. The role partners closely with Pontoon sales team, client delivery leaders, Pontoon
Instinct Engagement Directors and cross-functional departments within Pontoon to position Instinct services, architect consulting solutions, and serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients. This position blends practice leadership with client-facing consulting and internal enablement, serving as a critical driver of scalable, repeatable, and high-impact workforce advisory solutions
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Own a defined area of focus within Pontoon Instinct’s advisory framework.
• Design, refine, and evolve Instinct consulting products, methodologies, and toolkits.
• Define clear value propositions, business outcomes, and success metrics rooted in data, insights, and workforce strategy best practices.
• Ensure products are scalable, repeatable, and aligned with market trends and client needs across talent acquisition, workforce management, and mobility.
• Go-to-Market & Sales Enablement.
• Partner with sales, marketing, and account teams to build and execute Instinct go‑to‑market strategies.
• Support opportunity identification, solution shaping, and early-stage deal qualification.
• Equip sales teams with collateral, case studies, points of view, and advisory narratives that reflect Pontoon Instinct’s brand and differentiators.
• Contribute to pricing strategies, scope definition, and commercial models for advisory-led and blended consulting engagements.
• Serve as a senior advisor and thought leader for clients undergoing workforce transformation.
• Lead or support the delivery of consulting engagements, ensuring alignment with Instinct methodologies and quality standards.
• Deliver measurable outcomes tied to workforce optimization, efficiency, digital enablement, and strategic talent initiatives.
• Support ongoing executive-level client relationships and stakeholder management.
• Partner with sales on forecasting, planning, and pipeline health.
• Balance delivery excellence with utilization, profitability, and repeatability.
• Identify opportunities to extend advisory services within existing Pontoon accounts and across the Adecco ecosystem
• Collaborate with other Practice Directors to deliver multi-disciplinary advisory solutions.
• Ensure tight alignment between Instinct offerings and broader Pontoon services including MSP and Services Procurement.
• Partner with product, client delivery, and analytics teams to embed insights, technology, and data into advisory offerings.
• Help build and maintain frameworks, tools, methodologies, and intellectual property that strengthen the Instinct brand.
• Mentor and develop consultants and analysts within the advisory practice.
• Share market intelligence, client feedback, and emerging trends to evolve Instinct’s advisory proposition.
• Champion continuous improvement and innovation to enhance client experience and advisory impact.
• Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION & JOB REQUIREMENTS:
10+ years in consulting, advisory, workforce solutions, or professional services.
Proven experience building, owning, or scaling service offerings or practice capabilities.
Strong executive consulting experience with enterprise-level clients.
Experience in a workforce solutions, talent advisory, or HR consulting environment.
Background in workforce strategy, talent acquisition, HR technology, or operational transformation.
Experience delivering outcome-based or insight-driven advisory models.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
• Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with sales and commercial teams.
• Commercial acumen including deal shaping, scoping, and engagement economics.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, matrixed environment across strategy, sales, and delivery functions.
• Experience delivering outcome-based or insight-driven advisory models.
• Familiarity working with large, complex global organizations and multi-stakeholder environments.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

The anticipated salary range for this position is between $100,000 and $120,000. Salary may be determined based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. This position participates in Pontoon’s incentive program which also includes bonus eligibility.
Benefit offerings for full-time employment include medical, dental, vision, term life and AD&D insurance, short-term and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans, and a 401k plan or a non-qualified deferred compensation plan. Available paid leave includes Personal Time Off (PTO) on an accrual basis up to 152 hours a year, 10 Paid Holidays, 1 Community Service Day, and up to 6 weeks of Paid Parental Leave. PTO and holiday hours are prorated based on hire date within the calendar year.
