• Bachelor’s degreeor equivalent work record with a minimum of two (2) years of in recruitment role is needed
• Enjoys a fast-paced environment, results-oriented 
• Proficient Microsoft Office and database skills, and the ability to learn new software
• Strong written and verbal communication, and ability to make connections with colleagues and candidates
