• Answering calls from employees in regard to their working schedule,
• Handling and answering questions about schedules in line with the provided manual,
• Being in touch with our business clients to report and solve ongoing issues connected with working schedules,
• Finding replacements for specific shifts among available staff.

• Ability to work morning shifts from Monday to Friday (5:00 – 9:00),
• Previous experience in customer service,
• Communicative level of English and Dutch (B2),
• Good knowledge of Polish language.
