We are seeking a results-driven Paid Media and Affiliate Manager to oversee our paid media campaigns and affiliate marketing programs. This role combines strategic planning, data-driven decision-making, and partnership management to drive customer acquisition, improve ROI, and expand our brand presence across digital channels.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in paid media strategy and execution, affiliate program management, and performance marketing analytics.
Paid Media Management
- Coordinating logistics on global paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, and others.
- Optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs including CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Assist with inputs on media budgets and forecasting to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad assets.
- Analyze campaign performance and generate actionable insights through reporting tools like Google Analytics and platform dashboards.
- Build, manage, and scale the affiliate marketing program, including recruiting new affiliates and nurturing relationships with existing partners.
- Identify and onboard high-value affiliates and publishers to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Monitor affiliate performance, ensure proper tracking and attribution, and manage payouts.
- Collaborate with affiliates to create promotional content and campaigns that align with brand guidelines.
- Stay informed on industry trends and identify new opportunities for affiliate growth.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., content, design, product, and sales) to align paid and affiliate strategies with overall marketing objectives.
- Develop and present performance reports, key insights, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
- 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful affiliate programs.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar) and affiliate tracking platforms.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including attribution models, audience targeting, and conversion funnels.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills for managing affiliate partners.
- Experience with programmatic advertising and retargeting campaigns.
- Familiarity with affiliate platforms like Partnerize, Impact, ShareASale, or CJ Affiliate.
- Creative mindset with the ability to collaborate on ad concepts and visuals.
The anticipated compensation range for this role in the US market is $70,000 and $95,000. Compensation will be determined based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. If hired as a regular full-time employee, this position will include a variable compensation plan which could be a bonus or a commission.

Available paid leave may include paid time off, parental leave and holiday pay.
