【リモートワーク×フルフレックス】Recruitment Manager ～世界最大級のRPO・MSPサービス 採用コンサルタント～

Recruitment 全体の戦略立案と実行、クライアントの採用成功を実現するために プログラムマネージャーとしてご活躍いただきます。

TAGジャパンはすべてのビジネスと横ぐしで連携し、採用ソリューションをつくり顧客へサービスを提供しているビジネスでありブランドです。
新たな採用手法や採用のあり方を国内の顧客へ紡ぎだし提案していく仲間を募集しています。
今回のポジションでは、担当クライアントの一連の採用プロセスを受託運営し、採用の成功にチャレンジしていただきます。

具体的には、
Program全体の戦略立案と実行および、顧客先の採用業務全般の運営管理をお任せします。
採用成功に向け、顧客理解を深め国内の採用市場を熟知し、マーケットデータや採用実績をもとに採用手法やプロセスの改善の策定・実行や、
適宜海外の社内チームと連携し、最先端のテクノロジーや母集団形成手法を国内・顧客向けにカスタマイズして導入などの対応をお願いします。
業界は多種にわたりますが基本的に各業界の上位クライアントであり、複数のチームメンバーと上記ミッションの実現を図っていただきます。
また、People Managerとしてチーム・メンバーの育成指導も担って頂きます。

・担当プログラムのPL管理
・プログラムメンバーのエスカレーションポイントとして、顧客折衝、クレーム対応
・四半期レビューに基づいた、プログラムの課題解決提案、実行
・既存プログラムの拡張、契約更新
・プログラム運営の生産性向上、メンバーのエンゲージメント向上を目的とした施策の導入、改善

顧客は業界でもTop10に入るクライアントがメインとなっており各案件のスケールも大きく、採用戦略など上流からクライアントに入り込んだご提案ができることが特徴となっております。
業界は、製造(自動車、半導体)、IT、金融、製薬・エネルギー業界がメインとなり幅広い業界・業種の採用に携わることが可能です。

■RPO・MSPとは？
RPO（Recruitment Process Outsourcing）とは、RPOとは、正社員や契約社員の採用業務の一部または全部を外部の人事パートナーへ委託することです。
HR専門チームである私たちは、特に採用の分野におけるすべての人事業務をお受けいたします。期間限定のプロジェクトベースの採用から通年での採用など、お客様のニーズにそったサービス提供をいたします。

MSP：(Managed Service Provisioning)とは、MSPとは、外部人材の採用・管理全般を意味します。
外部人材は、派遣社員、請負社員、プロジェクトスタッフやコンサルタントなどその他契約形態を含みますがMSPは、そのような人材の採用、配置、契約管理を束ねています。

【必須（MUST）】
・5名程度のチームやプロジェクトのマネジメント経験
・RPOの経験（MSPの経験もあると尚可）または人事採用か人材紹介サービスの経験3年以上
・英語ビジネスレベル

・新規プロジェクトの立ち上げの経験
