Solution Architect

As a Solution Architect, you will play a critical role in defining and enforcing standards for application systems within the organization. Your responsibilities include creating, maintaining, and documenting interactions between application systems and core business processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. You will also specialize in a primary technology area such as Sitecore, Data & Integration, ERP, or BI & Data Warehousing, while working across all technologies to drive robust and scalable architectural solutions.

• Define, document, and enforce application blueprints, roadmaps, and standards consistent with enterprise and infrastructure guidelines.
• Provide input on high-level and detailed (functional and non-functional) designs, ensuring adherence to architectural standards.
• Manage changes to Solution Architecture blueprints while conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
• Work with Solution Delivery Managers and IT Production teams to evolve architectures based on operational lessons.
• Recommend and own the roadmap for new technologies, systems, products, and applications to meet strategic objectives.
• Ensure solutions are reviewed for alignment across solution, data, interface, and infrastructure domains.
• Lead the development of architectural solutions and frameworks to support enterprise initiatives.

• At least 5 years in architecture roles of comparable complexity, with a strong background in Architecture Management.
• Proven expertise in application architecture, including solution, data, and interface standards.
• Hands-on experience with Sitecore and related technologies, with development experience preferred.
• Familiarity with multinational, multicultural environments.
• University degree in a technical or business field, or equivalent experience.
• Certifications such as ITIL 3, TOGAF, or Zachman are highly valued.
• Strong leadership, team-building, and cross-cultural collaboration abilities.
• Ability to manage under pressure and resolve crises efficiently.
• Excellent judgment, practical problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Regular travel (20–50%) is expected.
