We are currently looking for a suitably qualified candidate to fill up our HRBP Intern position:   

What will you do?

Your day to day responsibilities will include:

• Receive, review, scan, and maintain new employee records

• Scan, organize, and send documents (social insurance records, official letters, probation decisions, invoices, etc.)

• Stamp, scan, and archive labor contracts
• Support updating, validating, and inputting employee data into HR systems
• Support PIT registration process
• Track and notify contract & probation end status
• Assist in drafting HR documents and contracts
  

What do we look for?

• Junior/ Senior-year student majoring in HR, Business Administration, or related fields

• Detail-oriented and responsible when handling documents and data

• Good at Microsoft Office and English

• Enjoying teamwork, cheerful, self-motivated, and willing to learn
