Account Manager (field based)

As an Account Manager, you will report directly to the Account Director and will take responsibility for the delivery of all agreed recruitment solutions within a dedicated high volume manufacturing account. You will be responsible for the main client sites North of the UK and will be responsible for a small team. You will deliver against planned revenue, margin, and total operating profit targets.
What you'll be doing- Attend clients visits and meetings
- Establish networks that will help identify opportunities for developing current and additional business
- Assist in the introduction of new products and business lines into the client
- Take full responsibility for the sales activity within the allocated account
- Qualify job roles and service requirements
- Create, manage, and maintain the key client contacts
- Assist in the creation of account business plans for specific clients in line with the business strategy
You will have strong industry knowledge and experience preferably within blue collar industries and will have experience within process improvement and delivering an excellent service. You will be a personable individual who has the ability to support the team and work with different levels of stakeholders.
