Data and Reporting Manager

We are experts in our internal systems, and the data requirements that allow LHH to demonstrate positive ROI to our customers.
The professional in this role will be required to partner closely with account teams and interact occasionally with clients as well as LHH leadership.

In this role you can expect to
Key Accountabilities
- Work with LHH account teams to assess, define, and develop reporting deliverables to meet customer requirements.
- Be an expert developer of BI visualization tools, specifically Strategy (fka MicroStrategy) as well as Power BI and Tableau.
- Produce benchmark and sales radar reports and serve as advisor to win opportunities, grow account revenue and increase customer satisfaction through data insights and trends.
- Query LHH databases to extract information needed to develop reports and/or compile required data from other data sources, including manually as required.
- Streamline assigned reporting deliverables and support the development of standard vs. custom reports.
- Advise account teams on alternate ways to meet client data demands.
- Continuously assess and improve data collection and reporting processes.
- Manipulate client generated data files on an ongoing basis to ensure accurate entry into LHH systems (list management).
- Provision and maintain users of the LHH Client Resource Center Portal (CRC).
- Support Customer Partner Reviews (APRs/QPRs) by supplying data and completing finished PowerPoint slides and/or other client-facing deliverables.
- Occasionally participate in client meetings, serving as subject matter expert for list management, data and systems related topics.
- Participate and support staff training related to data assurance and reporting.
- Collectively maintains a Salesforce.com cases queue supporting LHH seller requests.
All About You
- Extensive reporting and data analytics experience utilizing BI Tools including MicroStrategy, Power BI, and Tableau
- Expert in MicroStrategy and other database management and reporting tools
- 5-10 years corporate business experience, professional services experience preferred
- Strong expertise in MS Excel
- Experience with Salesforce.com and/or other similar ticketing process
- Undergraduate degree in information systems, business administration, or analytics
- Ability to query LHYH systems/data warehouse as well as other 3rd party systems in response to data requests
- Demonstrated oral and written communication skills
