Under our Inclusion and Wellbeing framework, we have a responsibility to set the foundations of a happy, functional work environment, where each of our colleagues is empowered to champion good Inclusion & Wellbeing practices.

Our framework is formed by 4 pillars that illustrate how the organisation and each individual work together. At an organisational level, we focus on Structural, in which we shape processes, tools and technology to drive systemic change. With Leadership, our role-modelling and decision-making keeps inclusion at the forefront. Our individual pillars begin with Activation, where every employee is enabled to proactively drive positive change for themselves and others. Under Mindset and Behaviour, we collectively demonstrate curiosity, learn, and continuously educate ourselves to drive a positive employee experience for all.
