In short – you’ll deliver a world-class recruitment experience for our customers. This means using all our data and understanding the client’s strategic goals to create tactical solutions that deliver results. You’ll oversee your team, getting to truly understand a client together and working out efficient solutions that meet their targets. Part of this role is influencing our strategy and managing your own exciting portfolio of products and services. However you tackle our customers’ challenges, we’ll set you up to succeed in an inclusive culture where your perspective is welcomed.
