Als regional salesmanager ben je de spil in het succes van Adecco in noord en oost Nederland. Jij legt contacten, creëert een ijzersterk netwerk en sluit deals met klanten in de logistieke, productie- en dienstensector. In deze dynamische functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het behouden en uitbreiden van ons netwerk, het creëren van waardevolle klantrelaties en het realiseren van ambitieuze groeidoelstellingen.
Wat ga je doen?- Vergroot het marktaandeel van Adecco in het noorden en oosten van het land door het leggen en onderhouden van contacten met potentiële klanten.
- Neem zelfstandig commerciële initiatieven om de verkoop en zichtbaarheid van Adecco te verhogen.
- Jij voert salesgesprekken, initieert offertetrajecten en sluit deals om nieuwe zakelijke kansen te benutten.
- Werk samen met ervaren collega's op de vestigingen om de markt te bewerken en ondersteuning te ontvangen vanuit het veld.
- Coördineer en voer contracten uit om ervoor te zorgen dat afspraken tijdig en conform SLA worden nagekomen.
- Rapporteer regelmatig aan de Area Manager over je voortgang en resultaten.

- Een aantrekkelijk salaris €4030,- en €6665,- bruto per maand, gebaseerd op je ervaring.

- Je commerciële ervaring hebt met aantoonbare resultaten.
- Ervaring en/of kennis in de dienstensector zijn een pluspunt, maar geen absolute vereiste.
- Je gedreven, resultaatgericht en gefocust bent op de behoeften van de klant.
- Zelfstandigheid is voor jou geen probleem; je neemt graag initiatief en durft beslissingen te nemen. Je beschikt over sterke overtuigingskracht.
- Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal zowel mondeling als schriftelijk uitstekend.
