Aujourd’hui, nous recherchons un·e Directeur d’Agence (DA) pour renforcer notre engagement au quotidien à Cherbourg (50). Vous recherchez un poste alliant développement commercial, management, recrutement et gestion, dans un environnement porteur de valeurs et de sens ?

En tant que Directeur·rice d’Agence, vous êtes à la fois :

✨ Pilote du développement économique et commercial de votre territoire,
✨ Ambassadeur·rice de l’insertion et des valeurs de Humando,
✨ Interlocuteur·rice stratégique des clients, partenaires et prescripteurs,
✨ Chef·fe d’orchestre des parcours et des équipes, garant·e de leur réussite.

Concrètement, vous êtes chargé·e de :

  • Développer l’activité de l’agence sur votre territoire en créant et en maintenant des partenariats durables avec les entreprises locales
  • Promouvoir les parcours et les profils en insertion auprès des clients, en lien avec les enjeux économiques et sociaux
  • Piloter la performance de l’agence, tant sur le plan commercial que financier, dans le respect du cadre fixé
  • Animer et encadrer votre équipe, en favorisant l’engagement, la montée en compétences et la dynamique collective
  • Garantir la fiabilité administrative et réglementaire liée à l’activité et aux conventionnements
  • Développer les relations avec les partenaires institutionnels, associatifs et acteurs du service public de l’emploi

👉 Vous intervenez ainsi sur un poste à la fois stratégique et opérationnel, au cœur des enjeux de territoire, d’emploi et de performance.

Vous avez une solide expérience en travail temporaire et savez piloter un centre de profit avec une vraie culture du résultat.

Orienté·e développement commercial, vous combinez sens du business, leadership affirmé et excellente capacité de négociation.


Vous connaissez votre marché local, maîtrisez l’approche entreprise et êtes à l’aise avec les outils de pilotage et les outils informatiques (Pack Office).


Une expérience ou une sensibilité à l’insertion par l’activité économique (IAE) est un plus.
