Votre rôle

En tant qu’alternant(e) Chargé de clientèle H/F, vous accompagnez l’équipe agence dans la gestion et le développement d’un vivier de talents, tout en contribuant au développement de l’agence. Véritable acteur(trice) de l’emploi, vous développez votre compréhension des compétences candidates, des besoins clients et des enjeux du recrutement et du travail temporaire. Vous montez progressivement en autonomie sur vos missions, avec l’appui de votre manager et de l’équipe.

Vos missions

Gestion des talents intérimaires / CDI Intérimaires

· Participer à la constitution et au suivi d’un vivier de talents

· Rechercher des candidats via jobboards, réseaux sociaux et outils internes

· Rédiger et diffuser des annonces de recrutement

· Participer aux entretiens de recrutement et à l’évaluation des compétences

· Rédiger des synthèses de candidatures et valoriser les profils

· Contribuer aux actions de placement actif des candidats

· Participer au suivi des missions et à la fidélisation des talents

· Sensibiliser les candidats aux règles de sécurité

Vente

· Participer à des actions de prospection commerciale sédentaire

· Identifier les besoins clients en travail temporaire et recrutement

· Présenter l’offre globale : TT, CDI Intérimaire, recrutement, formation

· Contribuer au suivi de la satisfaction clients

Communication & partenariats

· Participer à la synergie de recrutement avec les équipes internes

· Contribuer au développement de partenariats avec les écoles et acteurs de l’emploi

Gestion administrative

· Mettre à jour les dossiers candidats et clients

· Participer à la préparation des dossiers CDI Intérimaire

· Contribuer à la rédaction des contrats de mise à disposition

Profil recherché

· Formation Bac+2 à Bac+3 (commerce, gestion, management…)

· Intérêt marqué pour le commerce

· Aisance relationnelle et sens du service

· Capacité à travailler dans un environnement dynamique

· Qualités attendues : adaptabilité, organisation, esprit d’équipe, proactivité
