Votre rôle s’articule autour de trois axes stratégiques : Développer, Recruter, Piloter.
Aujourd'hui nous recrutons un Consultant en Recrutement H/F basé à Tours (37) et spécialisé sur l'activité Tertiaire.
Notez bien que ce recrutement est géré depuis notre siège à Lyon, et non par votre agence locale.
Vos principales missions sont les suivantes :
Développer :
- Analyser votre territoire afin de construire et développer un portefeuille de clients et prospects cohérent
- Identifier leurs besoins en recrutement afin de leur proposer la solution la mieux adaptée
- Négocier l’ensemble des conditions commerciales afin de conclure des contrats de collaboration
- Créer une relation de confiance et de partenariat avec les agences Adecco de votre bassin d’emploi afin de favoriser le développement du business
Recruter :
- Définir et mettre en place une stratégie et un process de recrutement CDD/CDI efficace adapté à chaque mission
- Assurer un placement proactif en proposant les meilleurs talents
- Garantir un parcours clair et agréable, en plaçant la satisfaction des candidats et des clients au cœur de nos priorités.
Piloter :
- Suivre la solvabilité des clients et sécuriser les engagements
- Gérer votre activité commerciale et partager les indicateurs clés avec votre équipe
- Contribuer à la performance globale du bureau
Vous êtes avant tout un(e) commercial(e) dans l’âme, avec une expérience réussie dans la vente de prestations de services.
Négocier, convaincre et relever des défis font partie de votre ADN. Vous savez organiser votre activité de façon autonome et efficace. Votre sens du challenge et votre capacité à atteindre vos objectifs vous distinguent.

- Rémunération : 30,5K€ à 35 K€ fixe sur 13 mois + variable
