Nous recherchons notre prochain(e) Responsable Recrutement RPO pour une mission de 6 mois renouvelable !


En tant que Responsable Recrutement RPO H/F, vous êtes un(e) acteur(rice) clé(e) de la réussite des projets de recrutement pour le compte des clients de l’équipe Project RPO. Vous intervenez en véritable expert(e) du recrutement, en pilotant l’ensemble du processus, de l’analyse du besoin jusqu’à la finalisation des recrutements, tout en garantissant un haut niveau de satisfaction client et de qualité.

Vos principales responsabilités seront les suivantes :

🔹 Recrutement

  • Prendre en charge le processus complet de recrutement : recueil du besoin, compréhension du contexte client, définition du profil, stratégie de sourcing, approche conseil.
  • Mener les actions de publication et de sourcing, y compris des méthodes d’approche directe, en identifiant les candidats potentiels sur les jobboards et auprès des réseaux de recrutement.
  • Mener les entretiens téléphoniques, visio et physiques.
  • Évaluer les compétences (techniques/comportementales) et qualifier les motivations.
  • Rédiger des synthèses de candidatures pour présenter les candidats aux clients.
  • Assurer le suivi des candidats tout au long du processus de recrutement.
  • Suivre chaque mission avec un objectif de qualité et de délai.


🔹 Reporting & pilotage

  • Fournir les reporting d’activité : avancement missions, pipeline candidats, délais.
  • Assurer la tenue rigoureuse des données dans les outils de suivi internes et/ou clients selon les règles et procédures en vigueur.
  • Analyser et communiquer les résultats des actions de recrutement au Chef de projet comme aux clients.


🔹 Relation client

  • Participer aux rituels client (points hebdomadaires RH, points de suivi opérationnels) et assurer une communication régulière pour présenter l’avancement des actions, partager l’état du marché et ajuster les priorités si nécessaire.
  • Mesurer la satisfaction client (retours sur CV, pertinence des profils, qualité des échanges) et proposer des actions correctives lorsqu’un écart est identifié.
  • Établir des relations solides et de confiance avec les interlocuteurs du client.
  • Anticiper les besoins futurs en matière de recrutement et adapter les stratégies en collaboration avec le Chef de projet.

Profil recherché

  •  Expérience confirmée (min. 3 ans) dans le recrutement de profils cadres et cadres supérieurs en environnement technique (systèmes embarqués en environnement industriel).
  • Connaissance approfondie des stratégies de sourcing et des outils de recrutement.
  • Capacité à établir des relations de confiance, sens de l’écoute et du service.
  • Organisation, rigueur et réactivité.
  • Maitrise de l'anglais à l'écrit comme à l'oral, niveau B2 minimum.


Rémunération : salaire fixe + variable pour un package global compris entre 35 000 € et 45 000 € brut annuel, selon profil et expérience.
