Adecco recrute un RESPONSABLE DE COMPTE H/F en CDD pour accompagner l’un de ses clients sur le secteur de PAMIERS. (dpt 09)
En tant que pilote de la prestation, vous êtes responsable de l’exécution et de l’optimisation de l’activité travail temporaire et recrutement sur le site client.
Vous recrutez, intégrez et accompagnez les intérimaires et CDI Intérimaires, en animant des actions de professionnalisation et de fidélisation.
Vous assurez la fiabilité des éléments administratifs nécessaires à l’activité de votre site, à la mise à l’emploi des collaborateurs et au bon déroulement des missions
Vous menez des actions santé sécurité au travail par le biais d'audit sécurité et de visites de postes régulières.
Vous pilotez la performance de l’activité grâce au suivi d’indicateurs, à l’analyse des résultats et à la mise en place de plans d’amélioration continue.
Vous contribuez à la gestion économique du compte : budget, forecast, optimisation des ressources et maîtrise des risques.
Vous déployez l’offre globale Adecco sur l’ensemble des solutions RH et conduisez les réunions avec le client
Acteur clé de votre bassin d’emploi, vous développez et entretenez des partenariats avec les réseaux locaux et institutionnels.
Rémunération : salaire fixe brut annuel entre 30.5k€ et 32,5k€ selon expérience (dont 13ème mois) + variable de 15% sur objectifs individuels et collectifs.

Autonome et rigoureux, vous savez prendre en charge un compte client dans sa globalité. Vous bénéficiez d’une expérience réussie ou significative en gestion administrative dans un environnement exigeant. Une expérience en recrutement serait un plus.
Votre esprit d'initiative et votre capacité de leadership associés à un grand sens du service client font la différence.
