ITD Change Manager

As part of the Continuous Improvement and Change Centre of Excellence function, the Change Manager will play a pivotal role in driving organizational transformation, change adoption and operational excellence, contributing to the successful ITD Strategy execution.
The Change Manager will design, implement & manage the required transformational support measures, metrics, and tools, as part of a change management centre of excellence. The chosen candidate will also drive a better user experience with internal and external clients, candidates, and users, supporting the change acceleration process with the ITD and Business organizations to ensure successful delivery & adoptions along the transformation.
What you’ll be doingAccountabilities:
- Ensure that change management is driven and implemented in a professional manner across the various initiatives/streams under the Strategy and Transformation function, including Strategic Programs, Major local projects, and initiatives related to continuous improvement and operational functions, such as Vendor Management, Cost management, Resource management, and Support function, in order to ensure maximum return on investment.
- Drive change management & adoption of innovation and AI capabilities within ITD and key stakeholders.
- Standardize and govern change management practice, enhance organizational capabilities, monitor and report effectiveness of change initiatives.
- Ensure capabilities building and knowledge sharing, design and deliver training programs, share best practices, case studies and lessons learned, coach teams and leaders in context of transformational change.
- Implement Technology to support Change, monitor industry trends and integrate innovation, deliver insights and report to support informed decision-making.
- Owns and maintains communication and awareness channels (SharePoint, internal channels, guidelines, handbooks, etc.) to ensure that the internal and external community is up to date with tools, templates, processes, best practices, initiatives, changes, etc.
- In support to the various community (PMs, VMs, etc.) provides training, awareness, communication across, enabling the department to be a change catalyst across.
- Drive excellent user experience with internal users, as well as associates, candidates and clients, through digital capabilities.
Main tasks & responsibilities
- Implement the CoE Framework, including scope, tools, success metrics, develop roadmap for embedding change principles organization-wide.
- Measure and analyse user experience through the transformation journey, implement tools and methods to drive excellent user experience and adoption of change.
- Design and implement a standardized change management framework, lead major transformation, ensuring adoption and impact; establish and track KPI’s for change adoption, readiness and outcomes, consistent to Corporate Program management framework.
- Establish governance structures for change initiatives, facilitate cross-departmental Workshops to align efforts, maintain regular communications with Stakeholders.
- Develop training concept and deliver sessions on change methodology, build a repository of knowledge including templates tools and case studies, mentor and coach leaders on best practices in daily operations.
- Select and implement software on chance management, monitor key metrics and generate dashboards for leadership, integrate feedback and learnings into ongoing improvement cycles.
- At least 10 cumulative years of experience within Change management, Performance, Business & IT transformation.
- Master best practices in Change management.
- Experience as Business or IT leader and able to grasp business priorities and strategies.
- Experience with Transformational business and IT Programs.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and inter-personal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization, including executive management.
- Proven capability of managing multiple priorities effectively and performing under tight deadlines.
- Experience successfully working with distributed teams.
- Proactive, problem-solving approach, always striving to spot issues/challenges and finding solutions which are logically strong, driven by common sense/best practice and simple/implementable.
- Ability to work under pressure and see opportunities from challenges.
- Master’s degree with focus on Engineering, Business Management, Communication and or IT.
Travel Requirement: Occasional (up to 20%)
