L'équipe Adecco Medical recrute à temps plein pour son agence basée au Mans un ASSISTANT RECRUTEMENT H/F.
Ce poste est à pourvoir dans le cadre d'un CDD de 4 mois, pour un démarrage fin Aout- début septembre !

Vous mettez tout en œuvre pour trouver de bon.ne.s candidat.es dans les règles de l’art : recrutement, outils d’évaluation, sourcing et suivi des intérimaires.
Vous tissez un vrai lien avec les candidat.e.s. Le petit plus : être toujours proche de vos intérimaires, de prendre en compte leurs besoins et leurs envies et de les accompagner dans leur développement de carrière. Votre devoir passe aussi par le respect des règles légales en matière d’embauche.
Le plus de ce métier ? Votre double casquette…
Vous gérez un portefeuille client.e. que vous devez fidéliser. De plus, la prospection n’a plus de secret pour vous.
