SOFTWARE ENGINEER LEAD

The Candidate Experience and Innovation team has been given the mandate to define new, distinctive user-experience based on AI innovation.

As a Software Engineer Lead, you will be responsible for building new Talent experiences using the latest technologies such as AI Agents and Generative AI. These experiences will be initially focused on our Candidate audience and are aiming to re imagine user experience of a candidate in their interaction with the Group and recruiters during their hiring process. A candidate experience will include the user interface where the candidate is interacting with the solution, AI backend components, as well as a data and data model to deliver personalized experiences compliant with our responsible AI policies. The technical stack and in particular AI components will be either internal assets or capabilities provided by strategic partners. Scalable designs and architectures will enable to deploy the Candidate Experiences across the 40+ markets of the Adecco Group.

During the project, the AI experiences could be extended to other audiences such as associates, recruiters, customers, or other internal users.

• Overseeing the technical delivery of a team of internal and/or external developers.
• Ensuring scalable, robust, and maintainable architecture and technical designs.
• Establishing the technical roadmap with our Strategic Partners, including experimenting with new AI algorithms/frameworks, addressing technical debt, reducing maintenance efforts, and more.
• Ensuring code quality through regular reviews.
• Interacting with other ITD teams to ensure proper integration of the team’s projects within Adecco systems.
• Collaborating closely with Product Managers, Program Managers, AI Engineers, and UX Designers to build high-quality products.
• Partnering with Architects, Security, Legal, and Responsible AI stakeholders to ensure the scalability and compliance of solutions.

• Degree in Software Engineering or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in full-stack development.
• Proven track record in building scalable solutions leveraging AI technologies.
• Proficiency with containerized applications and serverless architectures.
• Hands-on experience with cloud technologies, MLOps practices, monitoring, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Passion for exploring and experimenting with new technology frameworks and capabilities.
• Product-oriented mindset with a focus on leveraging AI technologies to create innovative user experiences.
• Ability to work iteratively and adaptively to deliver value incrementally.
• Proficient level of English
