The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Delivery Director to lead and inspire our recruitment teams, ensuring best-in-class service delivery across all aspects of the candidate journey for the Armed Forces Recruitment Services. This is a pivotal leadership role, responsible for driving performance, productivity, and continuous improvement within a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
In this pivotal role, you’ll lead the delivery of critical recruitment services for the UK’s Armed Forces, working in partnership with the Serco, and a consortium of partners.
- Lead and manage Recruitment Operations Managers and be responsible for the outputs of the wider delivery team.
- Motivate, develop, and inspire teams to deliver exceptional service and achieve key success measures.
- Ensure clear career paths and development programmes for all team members.
- Drive a high-performance culture, celebrating success and one that delivers.
- Champion operational best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive service improvements and adapt to market conditions.
- Monitor ratios, report on performance, and implement agreed actions with leadership.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in volume hiring/large RPO environments in an operational leadership role with measurable key metrics.
- Ability to contribute, implement, influence and deliver towards operational strategy.
- Strong track record in direct resourcing models.
- Demonstrated ability to meet/exceed customer satisfaction ratings.
- Expertise in large-scale KPI/SLA delivery.
- Excellent stakeholder relationship-building skills.
- Experience in developing successful teams and succession planning.
