Modis Recruiting Director

SUMMARY:

To manage and lead a team of recruiters and recruiting managers for the region. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Mentor and Train new and existing RDMs. Training should include: Use of COSMOS and KnowledgeSpring; Recruiting Strategies (ReviewNet, Guaranteed Delivery, Cataloging); Lead Role Playing; Use of 3rd party vendors.
• Help Managing Director establish and implement recruiting strategies.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with each RDM to review performance and establish expectations.
• Review RDM activity metrics against set expectations on a regular basis (requirements, interviews, meetings, starts, headcount and gross profit dollars).
• Lead daily requirements and submittal meetings in the absence of the Managing Director.
• Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

• MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience highly recommended.

  Staffing industry experience is preferred but not essential.

  Strong desire to succeed, results-oriented, self motivated, sense of urgency to achieve outcomes and exceed expectations.

  KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS:

  • Demonstrated leadership characteristics.
  • Willingness to accept additional responsibilities.
  • Consistent recruiting performance with Modis during last 3 years.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
