IT Solution Analyst MSD (O2C)

Solution analyst will gather, analyze and assess their market, operational and functional needs and translate them into effective financial processes and technical solutions by coordinating with experts from the associated Global IT Functions, namely IT Business Partners, Solution Architects, Project delivery managers, Testers, Developers, Security Experts, IT Production teams and external partners.

• Gather and asses the high-level business requirements, support prioritization of business requirements, provide input and advisory for creation of respective business case
• Support management of customer demands in your functional responsibility area
• Produce detailed functional analysis describing the recommended solution / changes to existing solution(s)
• Detail out (change) requirements from high level functional requirements to more detailed functional & technical requirements
• Check for required changes to global solution(s), participate in the creation of the solution blueprint (TAG template) before integration and roll-out to user
• Cooperate with IT experts to ensure overarching security and compliance of the finance solutions
• Facilitate the understanding of the business and functional requirements by the development teams to ensure proper implementation
• Perform the tests, analyse the performance appraisal and ensure that the solutions comply with the specified standards.

• Deep understanding how existing finance solutions work, from both business process and IT systems perspective
• Knowledgeable of finance solutions on the market, bring awareness of new technology and products to the business. 
• Customer focus, strong collaboration and relationship building skills, effective communication across multiple levels and functions in the multinational matrix organization.
• Ability to learn and work with various emerging technologies to effectively support financial business processes
• Ability to manage a number of activities concurrently and to drive them to completion.
• Able to research and evaluate information, identify key issues and formulate conclusions based on sound, practical judgment, experience and common sense
• Verry good communication skills in writing, speaking, and presenting.
• A minimum of 7 years experience in information technology
• Proven experience in the role of Financials solution specialist or Business analyst in D365 and/or other major ERP system
• Knowledge of financial business processes and corresponding financial modules GL, AM, PO, AP, AR, FA etc. is necessary
• Financial or Accounting knowledge (a plus)
• Bachelor degree in computer science, finance, business, or a related field. An advanced degree is preferred.
• Professional certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional, Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification, D365 for Operation Certification highly desirable
• Advanced English is a must
