Product Owner Web

As a Web Product Owner you're expected to advise and define the technical strategy at global and local levels for the web platform which will be deployed across various countries in a phased approach. You'll be responsible for the quality of the technology implementation acting as a functional leader to delivery team and collaborating with Global digital, marketing and IT stakeholders to define the best strategy for the group.

• Advise the stakeholders about Web application based on business demand & propose technology implementation strategy
• Ensure the technical solution supports the business case requirements
• Work cross team bringing his technical experience to help cross functional teams (Digital, Marketing, Operation, Legal) to align on a global vision
• Provide stakeholder management – share knowledge with & advise stakeholders at strategic level
• Work closely with Business & IT stakeholders for any escalations and work closely with all IT team members
• Translate business requirements to technical impact with the help of a Solution Analyst
• Participate in functional and technical testing of the solution
• Own the product backlog, prioritize requirements and development activities together with the Delivery Lead
• Lead the Steer Committee gathering all global IT Stakeholders
• Act as a safeguard of the governance to streamline the communication and the roadmap
• Drive the execution of the technology roadmap
• Manage the contract with the vendor & utilize the contract to the maximum
• Update knowledge about Web tools frequently
• Provide functional leadership of the Web delivery team(s)
• Validate that the vendor KPIs and SLAs are clearly defined in the contracts before going to procurement
• Manage the vendor(s) to ensure they are performing to contractual agreements
• Implement quality improvement guidelines/plans relating to Web App processes
• Deliver appropriate, transparent and effective executive level communication

• Knowledge about Sitecore 10.2 Version and any other CMS
• Experience running projects on Website
• Experience with diverse CMS is required
• 6+ years of proven experience in Web application and collaboration with multi-functional teams, managing large, complex and critical projects in a large global IT organization
• Experience with supplier management and negotiation
• High level influencing key decision makers and stakeholder management skills
• Recognized achievement in delivering to a strategic agenda
• Willing to learn new information on the website ecosystem (Security, legal, front/back ends, new technologies…)
• Able to manage the strategic partner & the contract
• Strong collaborative, inclusive team player
• Critical thinking and excellent problem-solving skills coupled with the ability to understand complex information and assess requirements
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to demonstrate flexible, methodical, and structured approach as a subject matter expert
• University degree preferably in a business or technical subject or any comparable education
• Web Application trainings
• Good knowledge of Web tools and web ecosystem
• Professional business English level
