Working Student Group Communications
Candidatar -seWe are looking for one or two motivated Working Students to support the Group Communications function across a range of projects and operational activities. This role offers hands-on experience in internal and external communications within a global organization.
This position is ideal for students who are organized, curious, and interested in corporate communications and engagement.
Working hours: 40–60% (flexible, aligned with studies)
What you’ll be doingInternal communications & engagement
- Support preparation of internal content such as presentations and intranet posts, and assist with engagement activities and campaigns
- Help maintain and update internal communication platforms
External communications support
- Assist with research and briefing materials
- Help coordinate materials and timelines
Leadership & strategic support
- Conduct background research on selected topics
- Support content structuring and stakeholder coordination
- Opportunity to contribute to initiatives related to Future of Work topics and collaboration with academic partners, including the University of Zurich
Operational & administrative support
- Support meeting preparation, documentation, and follow-ups
- Provide general coordination support across the Communications function
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree (e.g., Communications, Business, Marketing, Media Studies, or similar)
- Strong interest in communications and organizational topics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (especially PowerPoint and Word)
- Proactive, reliable and eager to learn
