Assistant Gestion de Contenu en alternance H/F

Au sein de l’équipe Communication du Groupe, vous participerez à l’élaboration des plans de communication à 360° définis en fonctions des projets par la Direction de la Communication. Vous contribuerez à la mise en œuvre de la stratégie de contenu, à la fois externe et interne.
Vos principales missions seront :
- Rédaction de contenu pour les supports externe et interne :
- Conception, rédaction, programmation et diffusion de contenus (y compris visuels) sur les canaux externes (réseaux sociaux et relations médias) et internes (emails, intranet, réseau social interne) de communication
- Création de supports visuels (statistiques, infographies, vidéos courtes) en cohérence avec les lignes éditoriales
- Suivi des indicateurs de performance des actions menées et proposition d’axes d’amélioration.
- Assurer la circulation et le bon relais de l’information entre la communication interne et externe, afin de garantir la cohérence des messages diffusés
L’ensemble de ces missions s’inscrit dans le respect de la charte graphique des marques du Groupe Adecco ainsi que le respect des délais impartis et des budgets.
Dans ce cadre, vous serez en interaction avec les différentes directions du Groupe et les Business Units.
Niveau d'études : Licence ou Master en Communication, école, IEP ou cursus universitaire, formation généraliste ou spécialisation en communication / digital
Rythme souhaité : 2 à 3 semaines entreprise / 1 semaine école
Expérience souhaitée : Alternance en communication.
Compétences :
Maîtrise parfaite de l’expression écrite, capacité de synthèse et sens de l’analyse
Bonne maîtrise des outils bureautiques (suite Office), des outils de création graphique (Canva, suite Adobe…) et des usages des réseaux sociaux
Bon niveau d’anglais.
Une appétence pour la communication interne et une maîtrise préalable des réseaux sociaux sont un plus pour être à l’aise sur le poste.
L’intérêt pour les sujets économiques, institutionnels et relatifs au monde du travail est également un plus.
