Plus spécifiquement, vous travaillerez au sein de la Direction Marketing candidat et expérience basée à Villeurbanne (Siège du Groupe) pour une alternance d’une durée de 24 mois (démarrage dès que possible).

l'alternant Chargé de projets Expérience ClientS (H/F) aura un double rôle :

-       Participer aux actions continues d’administration des enquêtes

-       Contribuer aux projets d’amélioration et d’automatisation

-       Accompagner l’ensemble des marques de The Adecco Group sur l’amélioration des parcours clientS (Adecco, Adecco Medical, LHH, Akkodis, Humando, etc.)

Actions continues d’administration des enquêtes

- Participer à l'envoi des enquêtes et la collecte des données à destination de nos clientS* (ClientS* = Candidats, Intérimaires et Clients)
- Piloter les indicateurs de recommandation et satisfaction (analyse des verbatims, analyse des KPIs, etc.)
- Contribuer à l'identification des points de friction sur les parcours clientS et proposer des pistes d'amélioration

- Mise à disposition des résultats pour définition de plans d’actions
- Réalisation d'analyses Ad'hoc pour des comptes clients clés

Projets d’amélioration et d’automatisation

- Déployer de nouveaux projets dédiés à l'expérience client

- Diffuser la vision de l'Expérience ClientS au sein de l'organisation

Niveau d'études souhaitée à partir du niveau Master.

Etre à l'aise avec Excel, et le traitement des données. 

Si vous avez envie d’intégrer une équipe qui aime se challenger, tester de nouvelles solutions digitales ou non, nous sommes sur la bonne voie…

Si vous êtes adaptable, doté d’une forte orientation client et à l’aise dans la communication
