Dans le cadre d'une réorganisation du périmètre RH de la région, nous recherchons un HRBP (H/F) pour notre site de Guyancourt (78). 

Vos missions :

• Responsabilité RH d'un périmètre d'environ 400 collaborateurs incluant consultants et Business Managers

• Déployer au sein de votre périmètre la politique RH et être un véritable relais des décisions portées par votre hiérarchie

• Incarner la culture managériale du Groupe et porter nos engagements en matière d’inclusion, diversité et QVT

• Être garant du respect de la réglementation juridique et sociale avec le support de l’équipe dédiée

• Informer et conseiller les managers sur l’ensemble des problématiques RH et/ou droit social

• Se positionner en véritable Business Partner auprès de nos clients internes

• Analyser les indicateurs RH et déployer les plans d’action associés (formation, accompagnements spécifiques, animation des Talent Review etc.)

• Participer aux instances représentatives du personnel

• Être force de proposition dans le cadre de l’amélioration continue des process et pratiques RH


De formation Bac+5 en droit du travail ou en ressources humaines, vous justifiez d’une expérience significative d’au moins 10 ans, acquise idéalement en environnement ESN ou dans l'industrie automobile. Vous avez développé une solide maîtrise du droit du travail, avec une expertise particulière sur les procédures d’offboarding (ruptures conventionnelles, licenciements, gestion de situations d’intermission complexes).

Véritable HR Business Partner, vous intervenez en proximité des opérationnels et accompagnez les managers ainsi que les consultants sur l’ensemble de leur cycle de vie : gestion individuelle, développement des compétences, Talent Review, onboarding et offboarding.

Rattaché(e) à la DRH, vous évoluez en forte autonomie sur votre périmètre, avec un lien fonctionnel étroit et un suivi quotidien auprès de deux Directeurs de secteur et du Directeur Régional sur le périmètre auto. 

Doté(e) d’un excellent relationnel, vous faites preuve d’une grande diplomatie, d’assertivité et de pragmatisme. Votre sens du recul, votre capacité à embarquer vos interlocuteurs et à instaurer un climat de confiance sont essentiels pour réussir dans ce rôle exigeant.

La rémunération proposée est de 60 K€ brut annuel fixe sur 12 mois, complétée par un variable de 8 K€.
