Principals Responsabilitats:
Assessorar al candidat de manera personalitzada en el autoanàlisi per extreure les seves fortaleses, habilitats, competències i àrees de millora.
Impartir seminaris formatius segons metodologia de companyia i la qualificació del col·lectiu, de manera presencial i/o virtual.
Garantir la qualitat en el servei.
Mantenir la informació actualitzada en la plataforma de gestió.
Realització d’informes.
Experiència:
Titulació universitària en l’àmbit de les Ciències Socials i Jurídiques o Humanitats.
Experiència docent de 6 anys.
Experiència demostrable de 6 anys en l’àmbit del coaching i l’orientació laboral.
Domini d’eines de coaching per a l’acompanyament.
Imprescindible nivell fluid de català. Es valorarà domini d’anglès.
