About the role

As the IT Risk, Security & Compliance Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the Adecco Group's information assets within the EEMENA region. You will lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the Information Security Management System, aligned with the Group IT Security Strategy, policies, and standards. This role also involves assessing and mitigating IT operational, legal, regulatory, and security risks to meet business requirements effectively.

What you’ll be doing
  • Support the EEMENA Head of IT and the Global Head of Information Security, Risk, and Compliance in implementing the Group IT Security Strategy and ensuring alignment with regional operations.
  • Regularly review and improve IT controls and procedures to align with global information security frameworks and best practices, ensuring all IT projects comply with Adecco Group standards.
  • Continuously assess IT risks, documenting, monitoring, and managing them throughout their lifecycle. Implement preventive measures to minimize risk exposure.
  • Manage ICOFR, RIM, and Group Policy assessments, ensuring timely delivery of results and compliance with internal and external audit standards. Address and resolve audit findings effectively.
  • Oversee the monitoring, reporting, and resolution of security incidents and breaches. Lead investigations in coordination with the Global Security Operations Centre (GSOC), ensuring detailed analysis and preventive actions.
  • Develop and deploy comprehensive security awareness programs and end-user training initiatives to promote a security-first culture across the organization.
  • Ensure all IT products, systems, and applications deployed meet the Group Security Architecture Requirements and Standards.
  • Promote and educate employees on the Adecco IT Policy framework, embedding it across all business and IT operations within the EEMENA region.
  • Oversee security testing for critical systems and applications, ensuring vulnerabilities identified during testing are remediated promptly.
  • Assign owners for all audit findings and security gaps, ensuring remediation plans are developed and completed within agreed timelines.
  • Provide clear, concise, and actionable reports to the Global Head of Information Security, Risk, and Compliance, and the EEMENA IT leadership team on risk and security matters.
  • Stay updated on local and international regulations related to information security and ensure compliance, including data privacy laws like GDPR.
  • Lead and manage a team of assigned resources, defining security and compliance guidelines and setting key performance indicators (KPIs) related to risk management and compliance.
About you
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
  • Preferred certifications: CISSP, CISA, CISM.
  • At least 5 years in a similar role within a global organization.
  • Proven experience with IT Security frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, COBIT, NIST).
  • Exposure to international regulatory compliance (SOX, GDPR, etc.).
  • Background in HR or Big 4 consulting is desirable.
  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in diverse cultural environments.
  • Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities under pressure.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Occasional traveling up to 20%.
