En tant que Responsable de Recrutement, vous êtes bien plus qu’un recruteur : vous devenez un partenaire stratégique pour nos clients et un accompagnateur de parcours pour nos talents. Voici ce que vous ferez :
Vos Responsabilités :
Gérer le recrutement de A à Z : Comprendre les besoins de nos clients, identifier les candidats idéaux et réaliser des entretiens approfondis en sélectionnant ceux qui répondent le mieux aux attentes techniques et humaines.
Travailler main dans la main avec les clients : Comprendre leurs enjeux de main-d'œuvre, anticiper leurs besoins et établir une relation de confiance solide.
Animer un vivier de talents : Construire et entretenir un réseau de candidats qualifiés, en utilisant des techniques de sourcing avancées.
Assurer la conformité et la qualité : Veiller au respect des réglementations de l’intérim et garantir des process de recrutement éthiques et optimisés.
Collaborer étroitement : Intégrer une équipe proactive où la communication est essentielle pour assurer un service premium.
Ce que nous vous offrons :
Rémunération attractive : Salaire de base entre 24 et 28K€ annuel sur 13 mois, avec 5 % de rémunération variable liée aux objectifs.

Profil recherché :
Bac +2 en RH ou un domaine connexe, avec une expérience significative en recrutement, de préférence dans l’intérim.
Excellentes compétences en sourcing et en évaluation, et maîtrise des outils de recrutement.
Aptitudes relationnelles et orientation client : Vous aimez travailler en équipe et trouver des solutions.
Esprit pragmatique et adaptabilité : Prêt(e) à évoluer dans un environnement dynamique et stimulant.
