Wat ga je doen- Afhankelijk van je ervaring start je als senior consultant of manager.
- Je tilt topcarrières van kandidaten naar hoger niveau en helpt je opdrachtgevers verder groeien.
- Je houdt diepte-interviews - liefst face to face - om ervaring en wensen in kaart te brengen, zodat je kunt schakelen als iemands droombaan voorbijkomt.
- Van CFO voor een startup in digital marketing en Strategy Lead bij een bank tot partners voor de Big4. Kortom, mensen die het nieuws halen. Als manager bouw je ondertussen aan je eigen team.
- We hebben meer dan genoeg opdrachten in consultancy, strategie, change & programmamanagement, digital & data en finance om je een vliegende start te geven. Ondertussen bouw je je eigen opdrachtenportefeuille uit, waarbij je gebruikt kunt maken van ons uitgebreide opdrachtgevers- en kandidatennetwerk.
- Anders dan bij veel andere bureaus werken wij als team veel samen en vinden we persoonlijke groei en ontwikkeling heel belangrijk, dat maakt ons mede zo succesvol.
- Je hebt min. 2 jaar ervaring in werving en selectie.
- Je hebt vwo gedaan en een afgeronde bachelor of master
- Je bent commercieel gedreven
- Je bent nieuwsgierig, leergierig en heb oprechte interesse in mensen.
- Je krijgt energie van connecten met collega’s, klanten en kandidaten.
- We zoeken iemand die graag een tweede of derde stap in zijn carrière maakt. Bijvoorbeeld een recruiter die het vak an sich heel leuk vindt, maar bij zijn of haar huidige werkgever kwaliteit, perspectief of uitdaging mist.
