Aujourd’hui, nous recrutons un(e) Directeur(trice) d’agence H/F pour notre agence à Angers (49).
Votre mission : être un acteur clé du marché de l’emploi
Vos responsabilités s’articulent autour de quatre piliers :
Management
- Développer et accompagner votre équipe composée de 5 collaborateurs
- Fédérer, motiver et animer vos collaborateurs au quotidien via des rituels individuels et collectifs réguliers
- Fixer les objectifs à vos collaborateurs, déléguer avec confiance et suivre les résultats
- Valoriser les performances et favoriser la montée en compétences
Animation de la stratégie
- Décliner la politique commerciale en l’adaptant à votre périmètre
- Piloter les plans de développement et les actions candidats/intérimaires
- Collaborer avec les fonctions support de la zone pour atteindre les objectifs business
Vente & Relation client
- Identifier et prospecter de nouvelles cibles clients afin de promouvoir l’ensemble des offres et services du Groupe
- Négocier les conditions commerciales et fidéliser votre portefeuille
- Garantir la satisfaction client et mettre en place des actions correctives si nécessaire
- Assurer une veille active sur le marché et la concurrence
- Réaliser quelques recrutements quand cela est nécessaire pour le bon fonctionnement de l’agence
Gestion & Performance
- Suivre les indicateurs de performance (CA, marge, rentabilité) et mettre en œuvre des plans d’amélioration
- Contrôler la solvabilité des clients, respecter le cadre légal et assurer le recouvrement des factures
- Suivre l’activité et rendre compte des résultats
Vous êtes un(e) professionnel(le) orienté(e) résultats, issu(e) d’une formation à dominante commerciale. Fort(e) d’une expérience commerciale réussie idéalement acquise dans la prestation de services, vous savez manager des équipes en proximité, piloter des projets stratégiques et générer une croissance durable.
Ce poste s’adresse à un(e) leader dynamique, capable de conjuguer vision stratégique et excellence opérationnelle pour faire la différence dans un environnement compétitif.
Ce que nous vous offrons
- Rémunération : Fixe entre 36 K€ et 42 K€ + variable sur objectifs individuels et collectifs
