En tant que HR Officer, vous êtes le visage d'Adecco chez notre client. Vous jouez un rôle clé en assurant une expérience inoubliable aux talents et en accompagnant les entreprises dans leur recherche des meilleurs profils.
Votre missionDénicher les meilleurs talents : Comprendre les besoins de nos clients et trouver les candidats idéaux.
Créer une expérience candidat exceptionnelle : Accueillir, évaluer et accompagner chaque candidat avec bienveillance et professionnalisme.
Booster votre créativité : Utiliser les réseaux sociaux, les jobboards, participer à des salons de l'emploi et collaborer avec les écoles.
Organiser et planifier : Gérer les plannings quotidiens et hebdomadaires pour garantir une organisation optimale.
Suivre et accompagner : Assurer un suivi régulier des candidats et des clients pour une satisfaction optimale.
Construire une relation de confiance avec les clients : Comprendre leurs besoins, proposer les meilleurs talents et assurer un accompagnement sur-mesure.
Votre parcours
Vous avez un diplôme en RH, commerce ou une expérience équivalente.
Vous justifiez d'au moins 3 ans d'expérience en RH ou dans le secteur des services.
Vos atouts
Vous êtes passionné(e) par l'humain et adorez mettre en relation les talents et les entreprises.
Vous êtes organisé(e), rigoureux(se) et gérez les plannings comme un pro.
Vous avez une énergie communicative, un esprit d'équipe et une bonne dose d'enthousiasme.
Vous êtes orienté(e) résultats et savez gérer le stress avec brio.
Vous êtes bilingue en français et néerlandais.
Vous avez un permis B pour assurer une grande flexibilité.
