Für unseren Standort in Berlin suchen wir einen (Junior) Account Manager (m/w/d) im Bereich Contracting / IT-Freelance.
Du musst noch kein Profi im IT-Freelance-Business sein. Viel wichtiger sind uns deine Lust auf Vertrieb, Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und die Motivation, dir dein eigenes Kundennetzwerk aufzubauen. Das nötige Know-how geben wir dir mit auf den Weg.
- Kunden kennenlernen & gewinnen: Du identifizierst spannende Unternehmen, gehst aktiv auf potenzielle Neukunden zu und baust erste Kontakte auf.
- Beziehungen aufbauen: Du entwickelst dein eigenes Kundennetzwerk und lernst, wie aus ersten Kontakten langfristige Partnerschaften entstehen.
- Bedarfe verstehen: Gemeinsam mit deinen Kunden findest du heraus, welche IT-Expertise für ihre Projekte benötigt wird.
- Projekte erfolgreich besetzen: Zusammen mit unserem Recruiting-Team bringst du passende IT-Freelancer und Kunden zusammen.
- Von Anfang an mittendrin: Du begleitest den gesamten Prozess vom ersten Kundenkontakt bis zur erfolgreichen Projektbesetzung und übernimmst mit wachsender Erfahrung immer mehr Verantwortung.
- Teamwork: Du arbeitest eng mit deinen Kolleg:innen aus Recruiting und Sales zusammen und kannst jederzeit auf die Erfahrung deines Teams zurückgreifen.
- Studium oder kaufmännische Ausbildung gerade geschafft? Perfekt! Bei uns kannst du deine ersten Berufserfahrungen sammeln und direkt im Sales durchstarten.
- Du hast Spaß am Vertrieb, gehst offen auf Menschen zu und kannst andere mit deiner kommunikativen Art begeistern.
- Telefonieren, Netzwerken und neue Kontakte knüpfen machen dir Spaß.
- Du bist motiviert, lernbereit und ehrgeizig und möchtest dich fachlich wie persönlich weiterentwickeln.
- Du arbeitest gerne im Team und hast Lust, Schritt für Schritt Verantwortung zu übernehmen.
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse. Englischkenntnisse sind ein Plus.
- Flexibel arbeiten: 3 Tage im Büro, 2 Tage Homeoffice, bis zu 30 Tage Workation und 30 Tage Urlaub
