Que feras-tu chez Adecco ?En tant que Digital Planner, tu seras au cœur de notre action. Tu deviendras le lien essentiel entre nos candidats, nos clients et ton équipe. Ton objectif ? Planifier comme un chef et garantir une expérience 100 % digitale via notre outil révolutionnaire, Beeple. Voici un aperçu de tes superbes missions :
- Soutenir nos agences : Sois le sauveur en aidant nos branches à naviguer dans la planification volatile et le pool management avec Beeple.
- Créer une communauté Beeple : Deviens l’ambassadeur/ambassadrice qui motive et engage les talents autour de l’emploi, et fais briller Beeple dans tout son éclat !
- Gérer et optimiser les plannings : Remplis les plannings quotidiens et hebdomadaires pour offrir un service exceptionnel à nos clients.
- Former et guider : Sois le coach des candidats et clients dans l’utilisation de Beeple, et assure-toi qu'ils en tirent le meilleur !
- Digitaliser et innover : Sois à la pointe de l’efficacité en optimisant les processus et en rendant l’expérience de travail plus fluide que jamais.
- Es passionné(e) par les interactions digitales et la gestion de communauté.
- Adore apporter structure et clarté, même dans le feu de l’action.
- Es un(e) communicateur(trice) né(e) et un vrai joueur d’équipe.
- Aimes l’ordre et as le souci du détail en administration.
- As un flair commercial et es motivé(e) par les résultats.
- Es prêt(e) à faire ce petit extra pour nos clients et candidats.
- As un goût prononcé pour la planification et la gestion de pool.
- Possèdes un diplôme de bachelor ou de master, ou une expérience significative dans un milieu RH ou commercial où la planification était essentielle.
- As déjà une expérience avec Beeple ? Chapeau !
