Als Bidmanager bij Adecco speel je een sleutelrol in het winnen en behouden van klanten. Je werkt aan aanbestedingen, RFP's, marktconsultaties en andere commerciële trajecten die direct bijdragen aan de groei van onze organisatie.
Deze functie is een unieke combinatie van commercieel schrijven, onderzoek, projectmanagement en stakeholdermanagement. Je vertaalt complexe klantvragen naar onderscheidende voorstellen en zorgt ervoor dat ieder bidproces gestructureerd, compliant en succesvol verloopt.
Als Bidmanager ben je verantwoordelijk voor aanbestedingen, RFP's en andere commerciële trajecten van A tot Z. Je analyseert klantvragen, schrijft onderscheidende voorstellen en zorgt ervoor dat inschrijvingen volledig, tijdig en compliant worden ingediend.
In deze rol:
- Leid je aanbestedingen, RFP's, RFI's en marktconsultaties.
- Analyseer je klantvragen en aanbestedingsdocumenten.
- Schrijf je commerciële teksten en plannen van aanpak.
- Coördineer je bidtrajecten en bewaak je deadlines.
- Werk je samen met collega's uit Sales, Operations, Finance en andere expertteams.
- Draag je bij aan de ontwikkeling van onze tenderbibliotheek en kennisbank.

- Een bruto maandsalaris tussen € 3.342 en € 6.842, afhankelijk van jouw ervaring.
- Een aantrekkelijke prestatieafhankelijke bonusregeling

Je houdt ervan om je vast te bijten in complexe vraagstukken en bent in staat om structuur aan te brengen in projecten met veel stakeholders, informatie en deadlines.
Daarnaast herken je jezelf in het volgende:
- Je beschikt over HBO werk- en denkniveau.
- Je hebt minimaal enige werkervaring in een commerciële, tender-, bid- of projectmatige functie (dit is een pré).
- Je schrijft foutloos en overtuigend.
- Je bent analytisch en begrijpt snel wat klanten daadwerkelijk belangrijk vinden.
- Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail.
- Je krijgt energie van onderzoek doen en informatie verzamelen.
- Je bent sterk in plannen, organiseren en prioriteren.
- Je bent communicatief vaardig en werkt gemakkelijk samen met verschillende disciplines en karakters.
- Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal uitstekend en kunt je ook professioneel uitdrukken in het Engels.
Ervaring met aanbestedingen of bidmanagement is een pré, maar niet noodzakelijk. We kijken vooral naar jouw vermogen om complexe informatie te analyseren, projecten te organiseren en sterke teksten te schrijven.
