Gestionnaire Paie / Facturation H/F

Tu évolueras au sein de notre Centre de Services, un environnement collaboratif regroupant plusieurs équipes dynamiques, soit en moyenne 30 collaborateurs engagés autour d’un objectif commun : la satisfaction client.
Tu souhaites découvrir les coulisses d’un grand groupe et contribuer concrètement à la satisfaction de nos intérimaires, clients et équipes ? Ce stage est fait pour toi !
En fonction de la durée de ton stage, tu pourras intervenir sur les missions suivantes :
Garantir la satisfaction de nos intérimaires :
Participer à la préparation des paies : intégration des relevés d’heures, vérification d’anomalies, mise à jour d’outils internes.
Suivre et traiter la paie pour un portefeuille dédié.
Observer le processus de clôture des paies.
Assurer un service de qualité à nos clients
Vérifier les éléments de facturation et analyser les éventuelles anomalies.
Observer et comprendre les cycles de facturation des entreprises clientes.
Réaliser certaines facturations avec analyse des écarts éventuels.
Être un vrai soutien à l’équipe
Aider à la collecte de justificatifs (ex : documents URSSAF).
Contribuer à l’analyse de la dématérialisation des documents.
Participer à la mise à jour de divers outils internes.
Un stage formateur, au cœur d’un centre de services où tu développeras des compétences concrètes tout en évoluant dans un cadre bienveillant et stimulant.
Étudiant(e) en RH, gestion ou paie (Bac +2 à Bac +5), tu es rigoureux(se), organisé(e) et à l’aise avec les outils informatiques.
Tu as le sens du service, un bon esprit d’analyse et tu apprécies le travail en équipe.
Curieux(se) et impliqué(e), tu souhaites découvrir le fonctionnement d’un grand groupe et développer des compétences concrètes au sein d’un centre de services dynamique.
