Votre mission
Au sein du Pôle IT à Blagnac, vous jouez un rôle central dans la gestion et la refacturation des coûts IT (logiciels, matériels, services) pour le périmètre monde en tant que Leader Global Charging of IT Services (H/F). Vous êtes responsable de la collecte, vérification et transmission des données pour permettre la refacturation des coûts IT aux entités internes d’Akkodis monde.
Pour mener à bien vos missions :
Vous travaillez avec les outils internes (LIPAM, ITHAC).
Vous vous assurez de l'exactitude, la fiabilité et la transparence des données.
Vous suivez quotidiennement les flux de données automatisés et détecter les anomalies.
Vous mettrez à jour le catalogue IT, en coordination avec le service owner.
Vous préparez les reportings mensuels pour le controlling et les directions IT FR/GE
Vous serez l’interlocuteur privilégié des équipes IT, référents métiers et prestataires.
Vous participerez aux évolutions des outils internes et contribuer à l’automatisation des processus.
Votre profil
Vous justifiez d'une expérience en refacturation ou contrôle de gestion IT, avec une bonne compréhension des outils informatiques (bases de données, SharePoint, flux automatisés). Autonome, rigoureux et doté d’un bon relationnel et de l’analyse. Vous savez interagir avec des interlocuteurs variés (service IT et controlling). Vous avez une vraie appétence pour les outils informatiques, aimez optimiser les processus, et maîtrisez l’anglais dans un contexte professionnel international.
