Estamos à procura de um Trainee de Recrutamento para integrar a nossa equipa de Lisboa através de um estágio profissional do IEFP com duração de 6 meses, com início previsto para abril ou maio.
Qual será a tua missão?
Como Trainee de Recrutamento irás apoiar a equipa no processo de recrutamento e seleção de colaboradores adequados às exigências e necessidades dos clientes, tendo a missão diária de promover o acompanhamento e fidelização de uma carteira de clientes e colaboradores.
O que te fará triunfar nesta posição?
Teres as bases teóricas de uma Licenciatura em Gestão de Recursos Humanos, Sociologia ou Psicologia.
️ Planeamento e organização: Será uma mais valia se tiveres a capacidade de planear eficazmente o trabalho, realizando-o de uma forma sistemática, metódica e organizada e controlando o seu progresso com vista ao cumprimento dos objetivos dentro dos prazos estipulados.
️ Capacidade de comunicar eficazmente: O teu dia a dia vai ser contactar com pessoas por isso é importante expressares as tuas opiniões ou argumentos de modo claro, fluente, assertivo e persuasivo, sendo capaz de falar em público com confiança e competência.
Espírito de equipa: Estarás integrado numa equipa com um espírito de entreajuda forte, nesta equipa ninguém fica para trás e por isso mesmo terás a oportunidade de dividir tarefas, pedir ajuda e ajudar os colegas.
Para te candidatares precisas de cumprir os requisitos IEFP, sendo esses:
◾ Idade entre 18 e 35 anos;
◾ Licenciatura concluída (Gestão de Recursos Humanos, Psicologia, Sociologia ou áreas similares) — obrigatório certificado de habilitações;
◾ Inscrição no IEFP como desempregado ou inativo;
◾ Disponibilidade para iniciar o estágio em abril ou maio;
◾ Não ter realizado estágio IEFP anteriormente;
◾ Não ter tido contrato de trabalho nem ter feito ações promotoras com a Adecco.
